Build your squad your way
The dozens of playable characters in Grid Force offer a huge amount of customization. Each character is part of one of the four games classes, Valiant, Champion, Spellbinder and Protector, with their unique abilities and strategical uses in battle.
Champions
A well-balanced class, Champion units can use a series of offensive and defensive skill as well as being the second highest damage dealers in Grid Force. They tend to have quite unique abilities that may open opportunities to other units, if used creatively.
Champions tend to have good values in most attributes but do not excel in any. "Jack of all trades, master of none."
Spellbinders
Spellbinders are versatile support units with both offensive and defensive capabilities, somehow similar to mages or clerics. Spellbinder's skills can affect vast areas, debuffing many enemies at once or blessing companions with life-saving buffs.
They have relatively large reservoir of Force but lack in HP and any armour. They also tend to be the slowest units in general.
Valiants
Damage focused units, Valiants are fast and deadly, with skills based on offensive buffs and, sometimes, damage denial. A Valiant can devastate a grid in seconds with fast, powerful attacks but their ability also tend to consume an equally high amount of Force. That, combined with their relatively low HP and Armour makes Valiants a trick choice for drawn out fights.
Defenders
Defender units are specialised in keeping the squad going by absorbing high damage attacks which would otherwise kill other types of units. Their abilities are normally related to protective personal and group buffs and damage-denying moves.
Defenders tend to have high HP, Shield and Armour stats while lacking in raw damage outputs and offensive skills.

Traverse the Grid in real-time combats
In Grid Force’s snappy combat, you never have to wait for your turn.
Duck and dive around your opponents attacks in a real-time duel, reflect their own blasts back at them, and whittle down your foes until the grid is conquered.
Swap characters on the go
With the press of a button, swap between your squad members and take advantage of their abilities to counter the enemy, picking strengths to combat their weaknesses, and letting your wounded fighters recover.
Conquer and summon the Goddesses
When all hope seems lost, fighters can use their rare Masks to deliver devastating special moves that can wipe the grid clean. Use them sparingly, or as soon as they are available, and turn a losing battle into a swift victory
